To start 2024, our executive council traveled to Chicago, Illinois to attend the Carlson Leadership Academy. At Carlson, brothers had the chance to meet with other SigEp chapters from around the Midwest, to learn skills and tools vital to becoming leaders within Sigma Phi Epsilon and beyond. Iowa Delta was also honored to win the esteemed Benjamin Hobson-Frayser Award for Connection through Communication. This recognition celebrates the top two chapters in the Midwest that are excelling in communication, social media, and an overall positive promotion of their chapter. This communication bridges brothers, alumni, and family to Sigma Phi Epsilon. The award is a testament to the effort from our communications department and chapters as a whole. Here’s to another year of growth, connection, and raising our bar!
